Garlic cloves

Preparation:

100 g Cheese (butter cheese), in cubes
1 Onion (s), finely chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 toes Garlic, finely chopped

1 Lemon (s), peel thereof

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °. Cook the pasta in salted water, chill them cold and let them drain.
  2. Heat the oil, sweat the onions and garlic in it, add the minced meat, season with cumin, lemon zest, salt and pepper and fry everything until the liquid has evaporated. 
  3. Add the diced cheese and parsley and mix with the minced meat mixture.
