Anti-Inflammatory Crackers Recipe

3 big carrots
150 g cream cheese (double cream)
1 pinch salt
½ honey
4 slices whole-grain crispbread
2 tsp chopped parsley
8th walnut core halves

  1. For the anti-inflammatory crackers, clean carrots, wash them, grate them, mix half of them with the cream cheese and season with spicy salt and honey.
  2. Brush crispbread with it and distribute the remaining carrot rasps over it. Garnish with parsley and walnut halves.
