Ingredients:

150 ml buttermilk
3 tablespoon oatmeal
1 piece Apple
1 msp cinnamon
1 shot lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Peel the apple for the apple snack and cut it into small pieces. Stir finely with the buttermilk and oatmeal using the hand blender. Season with lemon juice and cinnamon before serving.

It also tastes very good with a pear!
