Preparation

  1. Rinse the lime hot, grate the skin finely, squeeze the juice and collect half of it. Wash chives, shake dry and chop. Peel half a garlic clove and finely chop.
  2. You need a blender. Halve the avocado, remove seeds and place the pulp in a mixing bowl. Add lime zest and juice, chives and garlic and puree with a blender or a mixer.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and season with a pinch of sugar. Refrigerate until served.
