Avocado Soup

Recipe of soup made from avocado

Fast, healthy and easy, this detox recipe from the avocado soup. A fine snack for in between.

Ingredients for: 2 servings


1 piece avocado
200 g spinach
1 piece tomato
400 ml vegetable broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper from the grinder


  1. For the avocado soup first dissolve the flesh on the avocado and drizzle in a jar of lemon juice. Wash the spinach and cut into small pieces. Puree both with the soup in the hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange the cold soup in bowls. Wash the tomato, finely chop and garnish the soup with it.

Be sure to use fresh spinach for this recipe.
