1 kg chard salt
250 g cherry tomatoes
80 g goat cheese
2 stems thyme
3 tbsp. olive oil
½ lemon
1 tsp. liquid honey
½ whole-meal bread

Kitchen appliances

1 work board
1 knife
1 small whisk
1 tablespoon
1 large pot
1 lemon squeezer
1 ovenproof mold
1 sieve

  1. Wash the chard, clean and cut out the sturdy stems (use the stems otherwise).
  2. Heat plenty of water in a large saucepan, salt and add the chard leaves for 2 minutes (blanch). Drain into a sieve and place the leaves in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Wash and halve the tomatoes, dice the goat cheese and spread both on the chard.
  4. Wash the thyme, shake dry and peel off the leaves.
  5. Sprinkle thyme over the chard and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Heat in a preheated oven at 160 ° C (circulating air 150 ° C, gas: stage 1) for about 10 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.
  6. Meanwhile, squeeze out half of the lemon. Mix 1 tbsp. of lemon juice with honey and remaining oil. Drizzle the vegetables with it. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the baguette.
