100 g hazelnuts
600 g ripe bananas (4 ripe bananas)
100 ml vegetable oil
70 ml maple syrup
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 pinch salt
40 ml oat drink (oat milk) (4 tbsp.)
280 g wholemeal spelled flour
½ packet baking powder
40 g ground almonds (2 tablespoons)


  1. Roughly chop hazelnuts and put aside. Peel bananas, cut into small pieces and chop with a fork or a blender.
  2. Beat bananas together with oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and oat drink with a hand mixer until creamy. Sift the flour with baking powder and mix under the banana mass. Then fold in almonds and half of the nuts.
  3. Pour the dough into a box-shaped tin and sprinkle with the remaining hazelnuts. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C (160 ° C circulating air, gas: stage 2-3) until golden brown in about 50-60 minutes.
