100 g rice
0.5 can Kidney beans
1 piece onion
4 tablespoon vegetable soup


  1. For the bean rice salad, cook the rice gently according to the instructions on the packaging and then let it cool down.
  2. Peel the onion and chop finely. Drain the beans. Mix the beans, rice and onion and season with the vegetable soup.

Instead of onions, you can also use shallots or red onions.
