Ingredients for: 4 servings
- For the beet soup, peel the potatoes and beets and cut them into small pieces, peel the onion and finely chop.
- Put the vegetables with the soup in a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes on a medium flame. Then puree with the hand blender and season with lemon juice.
Depending on the taste you can still garnish the soup with a swab of sour cream.
