Delicious Beet Soup

soup made from beetroot

A detox recipe that speeds up body detoxification. Delicious and very easy beetroot soup.

Ingredients for: 4 servings


600 g Red beet
3 piece potato
1 piece onion
1.25 tablespoon vegetable soup
1 shot Lemon (juice)


  1. For the beet soup, peel the potatoes and beets and cut them into small pieces, peel the onion and finely chop.
  2. Put the vegetables with the soup in a saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes on a medium flame. Then puree with the hand blender and season with lemon juice.

Depending on the taste you can still garnish the soup with a swab of sour cream.
