Ingredients for: 2 servings


50 g raspberry
50 g blackberry
25 g bilberry
50 g Walder berries
1 shot Elderberry juice (unsweetened)


  1. For the berry dessert, wash the fruits well and free from stems and leaves. Then place in a bowl and drizzle with elderberry juice.

A splash of maple syrup makes the dessert even sweeter.
