- Mix the yogurt with 50 g sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in coconut syrup.
- Beat the cream and lift it under the yogurt. Freeze the yogurt for several hours, stirring it well, so that ice crystals do not form.
- Caramelize 1 tbsp. sugar with a little water in a pan. Add the cereal and grated coconut and caramelize while stirring.
- Arrange the crunchy muesli on the frozen yogurt.
