Cold Tomato Soup

Ingredients for: 2 servings


300 g tomato
0.5 piece Red pepper
0.5 piece cucumber
1 piece onion
2 piece Garlic cloves
250 ml vegetable soup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper from the grinder


  1. For the cold tomato soup, wash tomatoes, paprika and cucumber, clean and cut into small pieces. Peel garlic and onion and finely chop.
  2. Place the vegetables with the soup and oil in a tall container and puree with the hand blender. Season with salt and pepper before serving.

Those who like the soup more spicy, still spice with chili.
