Fried Noodles with Crunchy Vegetables

250 g of Mie noodles
8 tablespoon soy sauce
4 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 Garlics
1 ginger
  Pod of pepper
2 carrots
1 red onion
125 g shiitake mushrooms
3 tablespoons sunflower oil
150 g Edamame
100 g of fresh mung bean seedlings
50 g of chopped cashews  


  1. Firstly, prepare noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Then add soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, honey and lime juice to a marinade. Peel garlic and ginger, mince and add.
  3. Wash peppers, peel carrots and onions, clean mushrooms. Cut everything into fine strips.
  4. Heat sunflower oil in a wok. Fry the vegetables, with the exception of the mung bean seedlings until in all sides until soft. Add the pasta and marinade and heat everything for 1-2 minutes. Finally, fold in the mung bean seedlings and heat briefly.
  5. Lastly, spread the pasta on the plates and sprinkle with chopped cashews to serve with soy sauce.
