250 g blueberries
1 vanilla bean
100 g Geek yogurt
1 tbsp. lime juice

Product recommendation:

This recipe can also be prepared perfectly with raspberries, blackberries or currants.


  1. Wash blueberries and drain. Halve the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pith. Mix yogurt with vanilla pulp and lime juice.
  2. Whisk blueberries one at a time on a toothpick and pull through the yogurt until all the blueberries are covered with the yogurt. Place the blueberries one after another in a freezer-proof casserole dish and allow to freeze for at least 1 hour.
  3. Enjoy Froyo Blueberries as a refreshing snack or topping for cereals and bowls.
