150 ml orange juice
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  black pepper
100 g raspberries
4 tbsp. cold-pressed rapeseed oil
175 g small romaine lettuce (1 small romaine lettuce)
150 g small radicchio (1 small radicchio)

  1. For the fruity leaf salad, pour orange juice into a small saucepan and cook over 1/3 of the heat over high heat.
  2. Stir in the juice with mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth. Read raspberries, put some beautiful pieces aside for decoration, add the others to the sauce and crush. Stir with a whisk and then slowly beat the rapeseed oil.
  3. Wash the romaine lettuce and radicchio, spin dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix in a bowl with the sauce, garnish with the remaining raspberries and serve.
