Preparation

  1. For the gluten and lactose-free tiramisu, wash an orange and rub it dry, finely grate the skin, halve the orange and squeeze out the juice. 
  2. Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar and orange juice. 
  3. Place waffles in a casserole dish (18 x 18 cm), spread about 1/2 of the cream on top and place the remaining waffles on top. Cover with cream and leave to cool for about 1 hour. 
  4. Before serving, dust with cocoa and sprinkle with orange peel.
