- For the gluten and lactose-free tiramisu, wash an orange and rub it dry, finely grate the skin, halve the orange and squeeze out the juice.
- Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar and orange juice.
- Place waffles in a casserole dish (18 x 18 cm), spread about 1/2 of the cream on top and place the remaining waffles on top. Cover with cream and leave to cool for about 1 hour.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa and sprinkle with orange peel.
