  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Chop lemon. Mix flour, yeast, and psyllium and sift into a large mixing bowl. Add ground almonds, sugar, butter, eggs, milk, bitter almond and rum flavor, vanillin sugar, salt, raisins, candied orange peel, and lemon, then knead well. Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the dough in half and shape three rolls (40-45 cm) on a floured work surface. Place the strands next to each other, squeezing them together at one end, then braiding them into a braid. Also, squeeze ends. 
  3. Lift the braid on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven for about 50 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil after 25-30 minutes.
  4. Warm the orange marmalade slightly and stir until smooth. Brush the hot pot with jam, sprinkle with sugar and leave to cool on a wire rack.
