Ingredients:

4 thumb-sized turmeric roots
1 tsp native coconut oil
2 tbsp. agave syrup (or maple syrup)
600 ml soy milk (or other vegetable milk, such as almond milk)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp cinnamon
30 g ginger (1 piece)

Preparation:

  1. Wash turmeric well or peel.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a blender at the highest level for 2 minutes.
  3. Then put the golden milk in a pot and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill in cups and enjoy immediately.
