This Greek salad helps to lose weight and tastes very good. A recipe for a healthy lunch.

Ingredients for: 1 portion


00:25 piece cucumber
120 g Tomatoes (small)
100 g arugula
2 tablespoon olives
2 tablespoon Orange (juice)
2 tablespoon vegetable soup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper from the grinder


  1. For the Greek salad, first wash and halve the tomatoes for the Greek salad. Also wash the cucumber and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the arugula and drain well.
  2. Put everything in a bowl, add the olives. Now make a dressing out of orange juice, soup, salt and pepper. Finally marinate the salad with it, let it rest a bit and serve.

You can still garnish the salad with fresh herbs, such as coriander or basil.
