- For the Greek salad, first wash and halve the tomatoes for the Greek salad. Also wash the cucumber and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash the arugula and drain well.
- Put everything in a bowl, add the olives. Now make a dressing out of orange juice, soup, salt and pepper. Finally marinate the salad with it, let it rest a bit and serve.
You can still garnish the salad with fresh herbs, such as coriander or basil.
