Grilled Avocado

Ingredients:

300 g tomatoes
150 g feta
1 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
  Salt
  pepper
  sugar
  chili powder
2 avocados

Preparation

  1. Wash tomatoes and dice small. Crumble feta. Mix tomatoes and feta cheese. Mix lime juice with oil, mix with the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper, sugar and chili pepper.
  2. Halve the avocados, remove the core and grill with the shell for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Arrange grilled avocados with the tomato-feta mixture.
