|20 g||baby spinach|
|50 g||avocado (0.5 avocados)|
|4 stems||fresh herbs (e.g. basil)|
|140 g||wholegrain toast bread (4 slice)|
|80 g||grated mozzarella (9% fat)|
|1 clove||of garlic|
|1 tbsp.||olive oil|
- Wash the spinach and pat dry. Slice an avocado. Wash herbs, shake dry and finely chop.
- Take 2 slices of bread one at a time with ¼ of the mozzarella, half of the avocado, half of the spinach, half of the herbs and then top with the rest of the cheese.
- Season the sandwiches with salt and pepper, finish with the remaining two slices of toast and lightly squeeze.
- Rub a pan with garlic. Add oil and fry the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides over medium heat.
