Lactose-free Crêpes with Chocolate Walnut Sauce

  1. Whisk the flour, egg and the soy drink, cover and allow to swell for about 15 minutes.
  2. Roughly chop the chocolate. Coarsely chop walnuts, fry briefly in a small, coated pan. Deglaze with orange juice, melt chocolate in it.
  3. From the dough gradually in very little oil 8 thin crepes bake. Arrange with the chocolate sauce.
