Ingredients for: 1 portion


0.5 piece radicchio
0.5 piece Chicory
1 piece Lettuce (small)
30 g mushrooms
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Pepper White)


  1. For the mushroom salad, first wash the lettuce, clean and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Arrange salad and mushrooms on a plate.
  2. From vinegar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper, stir a dressing and drizzle the salad with it.
