Potato with Ricotta

A fine and light dinner is the potato with ricotta. A recipe for the Detox diet.

Ingredients for: 2 servings


6 piece potato
250 g ricotta
1 piece radish
6 tablespoon skimmed milk
150 g arugula
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper from the grinder


  1. For the potato with ricotta, first cook the potato in a saucepan with water until soft. Then peel.
  2. In the meantime, clean the radishes and cut small. Wash arugula and finely chop. Mix both in a bowl with ricotta and skim milk.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the hot potato.

In spring, instead of arugula, they use fresh wild garlic.
