Quinoa Bowl with Strawberry Dressing

150 g quinoa
1 big carrot
150 g cherry tomatoes
50 g leaf lettuce
125 g strawberries
2 branches lemon thyme
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp honey
  chili flakes


  1. For the quinoa bowl with strawberry dressing, rinse the quinoa and cook in double the amount of salted water for about 15-20 minutes over medium heat and leave to cool.
  2. Peel the carrot and grate coarsely. Wash tomatoes and halve. Wash the salad, shake it dry and pluck it small.
  3. Clean strawberries, wash and cut into small cubes. Wash thyme, shake dry and peel off leaves. Whisk oil, lemon juice, mustard, and honey. Mix strawberries and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and chili.
  4. Arrange ingredients in two bowls and serve drizzled with the dressing.
