Quinoa Breakfast with Chocolate and Coconut

75 g quinoa
1 apple
150 ml coconut milk
2 tsp honey
2 tbsp. linseed
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  walnuts (at will)
  dark chocolate (at will)
  coconut flakes (at will)
  fruit (at will)


  1. For the quinoa breakfast with chocolate and coconut, rinse quinoa in a strainer under hot water. Then add 150 ml of water to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the apple into cubes or slices.
  2. Add the coconut milk, honey, flaxseed, cocoa powder, and salt to the quinoa, heat over low heat and stir well.
  3. Spread the quinoa breakfast on 2 small bowls and garnish with nuts, chocolate, coconut flakes, and fruit.
