|1 kg||watermelon (0.25 watermelons)|
|1 tbsp.||maple syrup|
|60 g||oatmeal (4 tbsp.)|
|15 g||raisins (1 tbsp.)|
|60 g||almond kernels (4 tablespoons)|
- Peel the melon and chop the pulp roughly. Wash and clean strawberries. Quarter the berries and set aside for the garnish.
- Halve orange and squeeze the juice. Wash mint, shake dry, peel off leaves. Halve remaining strawberries and finely puree with melon pieces, orange juice and maple syrup in a blender.
- Pour the puree into 4 bowls and garnish with oatmeal and raisins. Chop almonds roughly and sprinkle over them. Garnish with the remaining strawberries and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
