Red Smoothie Bowl with Strawberries

1 kg watermelon (0.25 watermelons)
500 g strawberries
1 orange
2 stems mint
1 tbsp. maple syrup
60 g oatmeal (4 tbsp.)
15 g raisins (1 tbsp.)
60 g almond kernels (4 tablespoons)


  1. Peel the melon and chop the pulp roughly. Wash and clean strawberries. Quarter the berries and set aside for the garnish.
  2. Halve orange and squeeze the juice. Wash mint, shake dry, peel off leaves. Halve remaining strawberries and finely puree with melon pieces, orange juice and maple syrup in a blender.
  3. Pour the puree into 4 bowls and garnish with oatmeal and raisins. Chop almonds roughly and sprinkle over them. Garnish with the remaining strawberries and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
