Salmon with Cucumber and Vegetables

Ingredients for: 1 portion


1 piece Cucumber (small)
1 piece salt
4 tablespoon yogurt
2 tablespoon dill
1 piece pepper from the grinder
200 g salmon fillets
1 shot Lemon (juice)
1 tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon olive oil


  1. For the salmon with cucumber vegetables peel the cucumber, halve, free from the kernels and cut into cubes. Cook cucumber pieces in a pot in a little salted water for 8 minutes.
  2. Then drain off the cooking water, add sour cream and dill. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Rinse the salmon well under cold water, pat dry with kitchen paper, salt and portion the cucumbers with the plate first, then the salmon. As a coronation, give it a fresh green asparagus spear, including sprouts.
