1 can of sweet potatoes
1/2 cup of miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of butter


  1. For the candied yams by Patti Labelle, heat the stove in advance to 350-400 degrees F.
  2. Put sweet potatoes on a medium-sized baking pan. Apply margarine equally over the sweet potatoes. Add a small amount of brown sugar. Put a layer of miniature marshmallows.
  3. Cook in the preheated oven for around 20-25 minutes. Pay attention until sweet potatoes are delicate and miniature marshmallows have liquefied.
