|1/2||cup of miniature marshmallows|
|1/2||cup of brown sugar|
|1/4||cup of butter|
- For the candied yams by Patti Labelle, heat the stove in advance to 350-400 degrees F.
- Put sweet potatoes on a medium-sized baking pan. Apply margarine equally over the sweet potatoes. Add a small amount of brown sugar. Put a layer of miniature marshmallows.
- Cook in the preheated oven for around 20-25 minutes. Pay attention until sweet potatoes are delicate and miniature marshmallows have liquefied.
