Spring Salad

With this detox recipe from the crisp and refreshing spring salad, it does a lot of good for body and soul.

Ingredients for: 2 servings


2 piece avocado
250 g cress
150 g carrots
0.5 bunch spring onion
4 tablespoon linseed
0.5 piece Lemon (juice)
2 tablespoon olive oil


  1. For the spring salad, first halve the avocados, remove the core and cut the flesh. Immediately sprinkle with lemon juice in a container.
  2. Wash the cress and onion and finely chop. Peel and finely grate the carrot. Give the vegetables to the avocados. Add flaxseed and oil and mix the salad well.

If necessary, you can still taste the salad with salt and pepper.
