These stuffed avocados have a unique taste, a snack recipe from the detox category.

Ingredients for: 1 portion


1 piece avocado
0.5 piece orange
1 tablespoon Lemon (juice)
1 piece Garlic cloves
0.5 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Pepper White)


  1. For the stuffed avocado, first halve the avocado, remove the kernel, and remove the pulp. Drizzle in a bowl with lemon juice.
  2. Peel the garlic clove and press to the avocado flesh. Add yogurt and puree with the hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the mass back into the avocado halves. Peel the orange and garnish the fillets nicely with the avocado slices.

You can still sprinkle the avocados with colored pepper.
