|62½ ml||Orange juice, freshly squeezed|
|¼||Orange (s), the abrasion from it|
|¼ tsp||Broth powder (beef broth)|
|¼ tsp||Thyme, dried|
|¼ tbsp.||food starch|
|salt and pepper|
- For the sweet and sour sauce with orange juice mix freshly squeezed orange juice with the water. Grate the peel from an orange.
- If meat is served with the sauce, deglaze the roast with the juice / water mixture, add thyme, grated meat and brewing powder and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water and bind the sauce with it.
- Season with honey, salt and pepper.
