Superb Veal Marsala by Ina Garten

2 pounds of veal cutlets
3/4 pound fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Marsala wine
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt


  1. For the veal marsala by Ina Garten, put meat on a strong surface, and pound daintily with a hammer or dampened knife.
  2. In a deep dish, mix some flour and seasoning salt. Place cutlets in flour blend, and let it lay for 15 minutes on wire rack.
  3. In a big skillet over medium-high warmth, mix butter with oil. Cook floured cutlets on the two sides until dark-colored. Add mushrooms, reduce the heat to low, spread and cook 15 minutes.
  4. Pour in Marsala and boil gently around 5 minutes more, until veal is delicate and sauce is hot. Serve right away.
