- For the vegetable Risotto, first wash, clean and cut the pepper. Peel and dice the carrot. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.
- Braise onion and garlic in a saucepan with oil. Add the vegetables and rice and steam briefly. Cook until the rice is tender.
You can still garnish the dish with fresh herbs.
