Vegetable Risotto

Ingredients for: 1 portion


1 piece carrots
1 piece Paprika (yellow)
1 steak Red pepper
1 piece onion
1 piece Garlic cloves
1 tablespoon rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
130 ml vegetable soup


  1. For the vegetable Risotto, first wash, clean and cut the pepper. Peel and dice the carrot. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.
  2. Braise onion and garlic in a saucepan with oil. Add the vegetables and rice and steam briefly. Cook until the rice is tender.

You can still garnish the dish with fresh herbs.
