- For the vegetarian grill plate with feta and walnuts, prepare the grill for direct grilling. Clean mushrooms. Wash the peppers, cut into quarters and free from the core. Clean cauliflower and then cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick. Wash the tomatoes, remove from the stalk and cut in half. Put everything on an aluminum tray, sprinkle with paprika powder, drizzle with neutral oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix everything well and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes in direct low heat with the lid closed. Turn occasionally.
- In the meantime, dice the cucumbers and onions and place them in a bowl. Peel garlic cloves and squeeze fine. Wash the dill, roughly chop. Add both together with vinegar, acacia honey and olive oil, stir well and season with salt and pepper.
- Put the gherkin garlic dressing over the ready grilled vegetables. Sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts and crumbled feta cheese.
