Preparation

  1. For the wholemeal bread with coconut and banana spread, peel 2 bananas and cut into pieces. Add together with the oil, ¾ of the grated coconut and the lemon juice in a blender and finely puree. Season with a little cinnamon.
  2. Get the whole wheat bread of your choice and toast with the coconut and banana spread.
  3. Peel 1 banana. Cut into thin slices and arrange on the bread. Sprinkle the bread with the remaining grated coconut.
